Navigation changing from white to black depending on the background image

Hi all, thanks for the help in advance.

I’m after changing the navigation text colour from white to black depending on the background image contrast, so it doesn’t vanish.

Is there a straightforward way to do this is WF or will it require css code,

It’s my first time here so apologies if I’ve don’t this wrong!
