Navbar Won't Dropdown after making it a symbol

Hello,

My Navbar will no longer dropdown to allow me to edit after turning said Navbar into a symbol.

Is it a bug? Any help would be appreciated. I’m on Windows 10 using the latest version of Chrome if that helps - Version 93.0.4577.63 (Official Build) (64-bit)
