So I have set everything to percentage so that when brought smaller, it can just shrink. It fixed majority of the problems I was having. Well in order to get the footer to go all the way down to the bottom, I set the body size to auto. This messed up the header Navbar. No matter how high I set the percentage, it stays the same size. How do I fix this problem?
