Navbar, Hamburger Dropdown behind other elements

Hello. I am having trouble with the dropdown menu, in tablet and laptop, the menu renders behind other elements. I don’t have the same issue in mobile (and no drop down on desktop). I cant figure out what setting I have wrong. Can anyone help? Thank you!

I found one simple mistake you set the navbar to cover reset it the problem will be solved any other issues message me.
