I get different answer through google, what does everyone here use? I noticed if I make is very small like 80px, tends to look blurry.

Twice the resolution that you are intending to display at. E.g.: If you have an 80px width space for the logo, logo should be 160px width.
Also, use PNG or SVG where possible. If you are using an SVG, then the above doesn’t apply.
