Nav scroll interaction when scrolled to top of page

Hi there i created a scroll animation for my navigation where when scrolled down the menu dissapears and when scrolled up it appears with a solid background color (its transparent initially).

My question is… when the users scrolls to the very top how can i change the background color of the navigation back to transparent?
