Nav re-appear on scroll up only at the top of the page

Hi all,

Currently my nav hides on scroll down - great. But I also want it to only re-appear on scroll up once I’m back at the very top of the page rather than anywhere on the page (so that the nav doesn’t overlay on body sections).
