Nav Hamburger turns blue in mobile only

Hoping someone can help me. My nav button turns blue when pressed only in mobile mode and I have no idea why. It doesn’t seem to have anything to do with ‘pressed’ state. I’d be so grateful for a hand with this - it’s driving me insane.
