Nav Bar & Nav Scroll Not Showing Up Properly

Hi there.

I updated the navbar and navscroll bar from the Natural Template that I purchased. I replaced the text of “home” and other sections with icon images, and I created two rows for the navbar, as a design element. Wondering if that creates problems for the navbar menu when viewing it on devices other than a desktop, as the navbar doesn’t show up as a dropdown, but is horizontal when I view it in tablet and mobile views, and the background is black. How can I fix this?

Other issue is that the navscroll bar only shows up when I am working on the site, but not when I preview. How do I get the navbar scroll to work?
