My Sticky Navbar - Could someone help me?

Could someone help me with my sticky navbar? It’s not sticky, and I think it’s because I’ve set a height somewhere I can’t find) (I’m copying my website from https://applicita.com).

The nav bar is actually sticking, it’s just hiding behind the hero section on the page:

Increasing the z-index to something above 1 seems to fix the issue:
