My sticky div is not sticky at mobile breakpoints

Howdy friends!

I am stumped. I have the relume timeline about 1/4 way down the page that I have on another site as well and on this site the timeline_circle is not following its (position) stickiness relative to timeline_centre. I’m stumped. Please help lol

It works on desktop and tablet but not on either of the mobile breakpoints.
