Are there any plugins or videos that fix these problems of mine?
I would strongly advise the use of the Lightbox component where an image has to be clicked (make it look like a video thumbnail) to launch the YouTube video which is what Youtube does itself as this is much more performant. Also follow the guidance in the report and optimize what you can.
