My page is animating, I'm not sure why

I cloned a page and currently editing it. The elements on the page are animating and i’m not sure why. I do not see any setting under animations and i cant think of any other way this could be done

The animation are probably under the old interactions panel. There is a switch see picture

You would think right? but there isn’t any settings under that menu for the elements animating. That’s why i am so confused as to what’s going on.
