My Navbar/menu content isn't the same in Mobile

hi all -

I changed the content to my navbar and it isn’t being show in Tablet and lower with the burger menu.

I thought that Navbar trickles down?

How do I get it to be the same content across all devices as the desktop ?

I see the same content in desk. and mob.

hey - yea in the end i manually changed it. but did not understand why it did not do that automatically ?
