My client have just paid for one more hosting, so why do you write this in his form

Hi!
I just saw this when I was in the designer mode for my client. And he has just paid for one more year until 2022 (CMS hosting $16USD per month, paid annually). So why does this happen with his form:

Why does it says that he has to upgrade???
