Multiple navbar overlapping

Hello, i would copy the layout of Microsoft
http://www.microsoft.com/it-it/mobile/prodotti/lumia/?order_by=Latest
As u can see in my project below, multiple section - white, blue and yellow - with the first 2 that contain “container” and inside a navbar with multiple dropdown.
The trouble is when open a dropdown toggle, the dropdown list appear not over all but behind the second blue navbar.
Where is my mistake?

As u can see the first navbar of the page (in mobile view), when open have part of it behind the second navbar.
