Multi-reference fields limitation in 2023?

Are we still limited by the max 5 multi-reference field in 2023 ?
Any way to bypass this issue ?

If my notes are current, it’s 5 references fields on the CMS plan. 10 on the Business plan.

You could upgrade to Business, or there may be other approaches like switching to an Xref data model pattern depending on your data and site design goals.
