Mouse hover animation only running once per page load

Hey all,

On the “Articles” page of the website I am building, I am attempting to build a bar that shows up underneath the category every time you hover over it. However, it seems to run if I hover over it once, but after loading once it won’t run again unless I refresh the page.

Any idea why this might be happening?

On the hover out, you probably unintentional set a height of 0%, which is not reset on hover in, so it has no height.

In the gif you can see, how you can remove the height value!
