More than 8 Team Members in Team plan?

We are currently on the Team Plan with 8 members, but we are needing more… We are willing to pay more but that is not currently an option…

Also, what we really need it a “Content Creator” role that can only create and edit CMS content…

Any Ideas on when we will have this type of functionality? Pleas let me know As soon as possible.
