Montserrat is not rendering correctly

Hello folks,
I searched the forum and found multiple threads which stated that the Montserrat renders weirdly but were closed with no solution.

I started out with the Basic Business Theme to make safe that I start with a solid base provided by Webflow itsself. The difference in weight is especially extreme between Safari and Chrome and is changing the voice of the brand from bold to reserved which is a huge problem for my client.

I also tried the following code with no success.
