Modified Navbar Button on Web pages BUT CMS Blog Navbar Remained Unchanged?didn't

Hi, I modified the main website Navbar button from “Get A Quote” to “Browse Quotes” but in the CMS Blog, when live, the old text of “Get A Quote” remains on the blog post pages?? How do I change the CMS Blog posts button to reflect the new change?? Thanks for help in advance!
