Modal before checkout

Hi all, I am wondering if it is possible to create a modal that users see before they checkout in order to agree to the terms and conditions. We want to make sure that users understand what they are agreeing to before they make their purchase. I have yet to find an ability and cannot find anything on the internet. Thank you in advance for any help!

I have not provided a link to a website as there is nothing to see since I have not made anything yet. Simply wondering!

Creating a modal might be difficult, but you can add an “Additional Information” section and make it a required field. That way the customer can’t checkout unless they agree to your terms and conditions.
