Mobile Portrait Background Video not showing

I want the Background video be like the desktop version, but I dont know why.
I cant even see the Element. If I can see the Background, I want to change it to vertical, any ideas how to do that?

And its probably a stupid question but I only have 2-3 hours of practise so im pretty new.
