Mobile Navigation cropped off?

The left hand jump link menu I have as a hamburger menu: the menu list cuts off. How can I adjust this?

Any advice appreciated.

EDIT: I’d like to keep the design/functionality I have. I know it’s not best practice. I’m experimenting.
