Mobile Nav Glitch *Known Issue*

When will the Mobile Nav positioning glitch be fixed? The one where when you add a different CSS positioning to it (absolute, fixed) it doesn’t pop out the Nav menu icons until the site is actually published live and viewed in a browser.
