I recently purchased a template and started building my site. Today I clicked on the mobile navbar for the first time.
I was unable to get it to open in preview mode. The only thing I changed was the background colour. Could someone please take a look and see why this is?

It’s funny, I clicked on the link I provided, and the menu opens fine. Could it be my browser? A compatibility issue, perhaps?
What browser do you use and what version?.. It might also just have been a temporary error. 
Right now I’m on Chrome Version 50.0.2661.102 m
I’m guessing you were opening it in the Designer. Try selecting the menu, going to settings panel, and opening it from there.
Sometimes iffy things can happen in the preview mode. I suggest trying it on the subdomain whenever you are testing functionality outside of the preview mode on the actual site. Good Luck!
