Mobile dropdown menu looks right in the designer, but doesn't render correctly once published

I’m trying to change the color of the mobile dropdown menu, something like this:

However, once published, it looks like this:

It seems to be inheriting classes from elsewhere, but I’m not sure how. Any help would be appreciated!

First remove the 40 px top padding in the “Nav Content”.
Next : use the absolute positioning on the Nav content" to put it where you want.
