Mixitup item position issue

I’ve managed to get Mixitup working with my collections but I have one problem. The items do not re-position themselves to fill in empty gaps. This results in lots of unnecessary whitespace.
In this image, I have clicked the word ‘American’, which gives me the right result, but the positioning is all messed up.

Any help?

I’d say you need to set your container div to align its item to the left, but without read-only link it’s hard to tell

Sorry about that, here you go: https://preview.webflow.com/preview/nouhous-first-project?utm_medium=preview_link&utm_source=designer&utm_content=nouhous-first-project&preview=734b2b9a8af6091e0b63421858eeb567&pageId=5eb13294bcf844d533e991b1&mode=preview

The page in question is called ‘Home’.

Welcome to the forums

It’s hard to test for sure as the filter functionality does not work with the read only link but it may be due to the way you have a grid set up. Try to move the Collection List Wrapper out of your grid and see if that helps.

If not, could you also share a live link?

Thank you

@sarwech your solution worked. thank you.
but now, the search functionality doesn’t work. any ideas?
I’m assuming the search functionality was dependent on the grid I had set up.

Ah that’s frustrating  The read-only link has expired, could you share another? Might just work if you change the settings for how the parent grid element displays child elements.

Hi there! I had the same issue and figured that if you have your layout in a grid it is not going to rearrange. So turn your grid into a container and wrap.
