Based on 1st error it looks like something wrong with the link to the plugin file on Dropbox. That prevents the plugin functionality from further executing.
I also noticed that in the custom code area the link to the multifilter file is having “format” dl.dropbox.com while it should be dl.dropboxusercontet.com.
Probably it’s been change and recently published:
