Blue is not the default hover state but it is the default current state, meaning if your link goes to the page you are on, it will be in the current state. You can edit the hover state by following this thread How to create a hover effect - Webflow Tips - Forum | Webflow
The current state will auto select when you are on the page that your link goes to and the “current” class will automatically be added and you can style it there.
