Menu is disrupting top part of page

I’m having problems with this navigation - it’s related to div.menu and it is overlaying content on the page, so you can’t click anything.

As soon as I’ve opened the menu once, and closed the menu everything becomes clickable again? What’s causing this div.menu to overlay everything first?

I dont have admin access so can’t share read only link, but can share screenhsots… Hope someone is able to help!

While using animation for the menu, by default .menu should be display:none

Hope this will fix the issue. currently its display:flex.
