Hi, half the changes I make I have to do twice because they revert within 30 to 60 seconds. It’s very frustrating. Why does this happen? Is there any remedy?

Never seen this happen before. Are you using Chrome as the working browser? Any extensions that can cause conflicts?
You can manually save using shift+command+s. It will give a confirmation if it saves.
Then check your history to recover the last saved version. Not ideal but this should help protect your work until a permanent solution is found.
