Making hamburger menu align center on mobile menu

Trying to figure out why my hamburger icon, on mobile, isn’t centering properly when viewed on mobile. Here’s a screenshot:

For some reason I remember trying this but it didn’t work until now. I know how CSS works. I’ve been doing websites since 2010, however it’s complex to go from coding it yourself to checking it out on a UI. Thanks for the help!
