Making an entire collection list Section Clickable

I am trying to make a CMS section clickable.

I styled it how I liked, but then it wasn’t linkable. A dropped a link box it but 1) it messed up the styling and 2) it made only the text linkable, rather than the entire thing.

Any idea how to fix #2? I’d like the whole section (text and background) to be clickable.

Remove padding on the Approved item element.
Select the link block and make it width:100%, remove the underline in typography settings, also edit color, and add the same padding you removed on its parent before.
