Major Webflow bug: - Support are none responsive

A significant issue with Webflow for us. We are having trouble getting into the designer, but this is not the worst part. The live site is connected to APIs and Whalesync and this is also not working at all. This means the website is pretty much down. Once we try to get into the designer, this is the message we are prompted with: “Could not load index page DOM”

Is there anyone else seeing this issue? What can we do?
