Maintain link's active state even after clicking any link on the page

I am trying to achieve an experience where a link maintains its active state even after clicking anywhere or any link on the page (with some exceptions listed below). Here’s the link to the project in Webflow: http://projectsoul.webflow.io/
Manage Your Account link should stay active after clicking the links in column 2 and 3.

Exceptions
When clicked backwards, the active links in the right most column would be deselected, for example clicking any links in the first column would deselect or remove the active state of the links in column two and/or column three.

You could create the effect using click interactions, but I think the logic would become complex very quickly.
