Mail service for notifications

Hello, I am looking for a mail service where I can design custom emails for customers. I want to automate these emails with zapier/airtable when users submit a form or place an order with foxy.io

I have used Mailchimp in the past but I am not sure it’s the right service for what I am looking for. Mailchimp is great for campaigns and send newsletter but I don’t think I can send emails to specific users when they submit a form.

Do you know any services that can do this?

Most third party form processors allow for templates with variables for autoresponders. There are quite a few to review in the University → Integrations that may meet your needs.
