Loop setting not working on Animation

I followed every post I could find on this subject.
Here is what I did
set object to start animation on scroll to

frame 1
0 dur 0 deg
frame2
8 sec dur 360 deg
frame 3
0 dur 0 deg

Checked “loop” in animation preset

I get 1 playback after publishing.

What am I missing here to loop the animation continuously?
