Locked: Add paid site plan keeps coming up

Every now and then I keep getting this message on ALL of my sites in my account.
It will say “Locked: Add paid site plan”

  • The site is paid, and published.

Usually refreshing the page fixes it, but this time it will not.
Anyone else get this?

Hmmm do you still happen to have more than 10 projects that don’t have an active site plan by chance? This is the limit on Freelancer Workspace plans:

If you don’t and you’re still finding the rest of your projects “locked”, then I’d recommend reaching out to Webflow Support regarding the issue. Most folks on the forum are just customers like yourself and aren’t able to look more closely into account-specific issues.

I have 6 unpaid projects.
Also, the issue resolved on its own… again.
I just dont know why it keeps coming up.
I have a ticket into webflow right now about it.

Just wondering if others have had the same issue.

I can’t say for sure — it’s possible there is some work being done behind the scenes that’s causing the issue or creating a delay in the change reflecting within your dashboard.

Personally I haven’t experienced that issue but I’m on the Agency plan so I don’t have project limitations. Hopefully the Support team has some extra information they can provide :crossed_fingers:

Watch our for browser plugins as well. When they make page changes block scripts and resources, they can easily introduce odd behavior. Routers, firewalls, and vpns and as well, though I more frequently see SSL handshaking issues there.

I haven’t seen anyone else post this issue, so at least so far, it seems isolated to your system or network.
