Location bar has wrong address

I am using the scroll function, which work nicely, except for the browser location bar (aka address bar ). Instead of getting:

my.site.com/mypage.html#location

I get:

my.site.com/#location

If I do a page refresh - I go to my Home page. I tried editing the the webflow.js file - but just wound up breaking the code.

Any help would be appreciated.
