The problem is that when I scroll down and up again the content keeps reloading every time. I have the problem on my Macbook Pro (2018) in Chrome and Safari (Firefox works). See video:

I have a little bit of custom code in the body tag of the site and some animations. I also removed the custom code and the animations to see what is causing the problem. But the problem always stays.
