Load Page Animation Appears Twice & Scroll Animation Seems Chunky

Hello all,

The loading screen appears twice on MOBILE. Once when the website loads and again when you start scrolling. I assumed this was an animation error but I can not seem to find what is causing it.

If anyone can locate the issue and help me resolve it that would be appreciated!

Also,

I am not sure if this is just me but the scroll animation on mobile seems clunky when you start scrolling towards the top. Again, might just be me. I’d like your thoughts if possible.
