Linking to section on the same page with link blocks

Hi
I am trying to use link blocks in a grid that would anchor to other divs further down the page. I set up my grid with CMS and have styled it the way I want. When I try to set the different sections for each different link block, every link block inherits the same section to link to. I want to have each link block go to a different section. I hope this makes sense.

Thanks for the response Piter.
I ended up having to eliminate the collection list I was trying to use for menu icon section. I realized that you couldn’t set anchors within a collection list, because the “client/editor” wouldn’t be able to set this within the CMS.

Is there a way to get this effect and use a collection list?
