Linking sections from another page

Hi,
I have been trying to link a section from my homepage on the footer.

To redirect users on my blog page to move with ease from blogs page to the pricing section of my blog on the home page.

But the link takes me back to the home page and not the specific section on the home page.

Would love the help.
