Linking A Section Not Working After Adding Animation

Ideally when you click browse or how it works section shows and it pulls you down to the linked section. The linking was testing pre animation and worked great but once the show/hide was added it takes you all the way up the page on show instead of down. But works fine on close and pulling back up.

I think I might have a possible solution, maybe if you don’t hide the entire section and just hide the content inside could work the anchor link
