Link doesn't work in a manual grid

Hey folks! I wonder why the link is not working in a grid that manually moved to the second column. I checked it works when the link is in the grid as auto. Help me!

I went ahead and recorded a quick video that should cover fixing the issue with your links, but basically this is due to a combination of the z-index and width of your left-most container:
