Link CMS items to another page ID

Good morning all,

I’m wondering is it possible to do the following with the webflow CMS;

I’m creating a website for a health profession, so far I’ve created a list of health conditions using the CMS which works nicely. Now what I want to achieve is on a separate page the full list of conditions with all of the extra details in a long list.

But if you clicked on e.g Heart condition CMS list, it would jump to that section on the page?

Hope that makes sense, I would rather not share the site if possible, but if you want I can send it privately :slight_smile:
