I have several lightboxes linked together in the same collection, opened by clicking any image in the grid near the bottom of the page. When scrolling through the images there’s a weird behaviour with the bar at the bottom jumping back and forth. Can anyone help me?
Hello, @ellen!
Ben here with the Webflow Customer Support Team!
I jumped in to take a look at your project but I wasn’t seeing any odd behavior.
Would you be able to use a tool like Cloud App to provide me with a short video about what you’re seeing? Thanks!
Hi @rileyrichter, thanks for the reply. I’ve recorded an example here: Screen Recording 2019-09-04...
Hi @ellen,
I came across your site and thought Id give it a once over. Its a really cool site and I did see what you were referring to with the lightbox image bar bouncing once you got to the images that were off the screen.
@rileyrichter I created a video for you for what I see, so you can see it is happening to me as well.
@ellen, have a look at it too, I give you some menu advice about halfway through.
Enjoy!
Thanks Brandon, I think your video link is missing?
Thanks so much for the feedback @QA_Brandon, I really appreciate it. That’s the exact issue I’m also seeing in the lightbox.
The transparent menu was a design decision, but I don’t want that affecting usability, so will take your advice and look at adding some sort of background once it reaches that point beyond the header.
Hi, @ellen!
Ben here with the Webflow Customer Support Team!
Thanks so much for pinging me again on this. I took a closer look and this looks like it is a bug.
I have notified the team of the issue and they’re looking at it now.
I can’t provide a timeline for when a fix will be available, but someone from the team will post again here as soon as we know more.
I appreciate you reporting this and bringing it to our attention!
