Layout issue with nested drop down on mobile in CSS grid

Girls and guys of webflow, really could do with some help here.

I’m trying to style the drop down menu in my nav bar on responsive layouts.

My navbar is a grid. I’m not sure if this is the cause of the issue, but when I have a drop down within a dropdown, the menu overlaps.
