Large Space between last section & Footer

Fixed Myself! I have managed to create a fixed BG Video, but I now have a large space of just video between the last section and my footer, does anyone know how I fix this please?

Thank you Sarah, yes lots of z-indexing and position relative! - not me book, my clients and it is highly anticipated. Its out on the 28th July and you can pre-order.
